Concho Christmas Celebration is fortunate to have the support of the Concho Valley community. Over 45 area businesses and community groups underwrite large wooden greeting cards that are lit and placed along the Tour of Lights. By doing this, they help to offset the maintenance expenses that total over $100,000 each year. Each card requires an initial donation of $1,250 and has a customized message or design based on the underwriter's wishes. After the first year, an annual maintenance fee of $1,000 is required of the underwriter.

As the Tour of Lights is viewed by a great number of individuals from San Angelo as well as guests from other places, underwriting a greeting card can be a positive way to market a business. A count of cars shows that for 2008, 2009 and 2010 over 15,000 vehicles have driven through the lights each of the three years. We estimate that over 70,000 individuals witness the magical light display.

If you would like to be support Concho Christmas and underwrite a greeting card, please call Marilyn Flage (655-5000) and we can be on our way to spreading your message of Christmas Cheer!

Concho Christmas Celebration gratefully acknowledges our underwriters for 2011 which includes:
